We invite you to visit us via video call to see our in-house Large-scale Gantry Machining Centers and Floor-type Boring Machines in action—proof that we machine our own frames rather than just assembling outsourced parts.
Q2: How does LIANGJI ensure the machine's precision lasts for years?

A2: Longevity is built into our process. First, all steel frames undergo Vibratory Stress Relief (VSR) to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation. Second, we process key mechanical structures in-house using our heavy-duty boring and milling centers to guarantee geometric accuracy. Finally, we use Fagor Linear Scales (optional) and closed-loop hydraulics to maintain micron-level repeatability over decades of use.
Q3: Can you customize the machine according to my specific product drawings?

A3: Yes, "Bespoke Engineering" is our specialty. Unlike factories that only sell standard models, our R&D team can modify throat depth, open height, stroke length, and tooling to fit your specific workpiece. We believe the machine should adapt to your product, not the other way around.
Q4: What key components do you use? Are spare parts easy to find?

A4: We partner with top-tier global suppliers. Our machines feature Bosch Rexroth hydraulics (Germany), Delem or Cybelec controllers (Europe), Schneider electrics (France), and Sunny pumps (USA). These are universal standard parts, meaning you can easily find replacements locally or get them shipped rapidly from us.
Q5: I am worried about installation and training. How do you support overseas clients?

A5: We offer a "Remote Expertise" service. We provide 1-on-1 video commissioning and training sessions to guide your team step-by-step. For complex lines, we can dispatch engineers to your site. Additionally, our support team operates 24/7, breaking time zone barriers to answer your questions instantly.
